A company is looking for a Project Manager - II to lead field operations in the Alternate Channel Distribution program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for the ACD program and oversee project execution for stakeholder alignment
• Manage critical sales tools and analyze data to provide actionable business insights
• Coordinate partner onboarding and oversee technical support for field sales issues

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in program management and field operations within channel sales environments
• Experience managing complex workflows and operational processes
• Proven ability to build relationships and lead stakeholder calls
• Multi-tasking ability with operational agility and a proactive approach
• 5+ years in telecommunications or telephony focused on B2B or enterprise customer management preferred
