Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project management for ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and integrations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in healthcare or a related industry
• Proven track record managing ServiceNow and Workday projects
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow and Workday architecture, APIs, and integration methods
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Apptio/TargetProcess, ServiceNow)
