Project Manager II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager II to support health plans and markets in managing the Request for Proposal project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full Request for Proposal (RFP) project life cycle, including planning, execution, and closure
• Conduct market analysis and evaluate performance data to align new opportunities with organizational strategies
• Maintain detailed project documentation and effectively communicate project status to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Experience in leading diverse groups within matrix-managed environments
• Proficient with project management tools and MS-Office applications
• Healthcare experience and knowledge of HEDIS, CAHPS, and NCQA accreditation preferred
