Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety standards
• Engage with customers to discuss project scope, timelines, and provide estimates
• Manage service representatives, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with project requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2-year degree or 2 years of equivalent training
• 6-8 years of related industry or construction experience
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience
• PMP certification preferred or in process
• Advanced proficiency in CAD drawings, Gantt charts, MS Project, Excel, and Visio
