Project Manager II

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day project activities for the SAP S/4HANA migration workstream, the contract Project Manager II will oversee task assignments, track progress, and resolve roadblocks while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee specific workstreams of the migration, ensuring deliverables align with project plans and timelines
• Engage and manage expectations of stakeholders, acting as a liaison between technical teams and business leaders
• Monitor project progress using KPIs and metrics, addressing roadblocks and ensuring adherence to industry standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's Degree and/or PMP certification preferred
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems, including ECC and S4 HANA, and understanding of data migration processes
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Clarity, and Smartsheet
• Knowledge of business processes related to finance, procurement, and supply chain to align migration goals
• Understanding of hosting options and hyperscaler platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
