Project Manager II

Job Summary

Managing multiple mid to large-sized enterprise projects, the full-time Project Manager II will focus on onboarding and ongoing MACD support for services such as Microsoft Teams Operator Connect, Ethernet, and Cloud solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple enterprise projects by facilitating kickoff meetings, coordinating resources, and managing project budgets
• Review and validate new client orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness for provisioning
• Define project scope, objectives, and timelines while delivering regular implementation updates to clients and partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Five or more years of experience in project management within the telecommunications industry
• Familiarity with Microsoft Calling Services, UCaaS, and connectivity technologies preferred
• Experience in task tracking and service delivery coordination required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
