Job Summary

Managing multiple high-revenue projects exceeding $5 million, the full-time Project Manager II will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and safety procedures while maintaining customer relationships and project timelines in a home-based position.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of multiple projects from start to finish, developing and executing detailed project schedules
• Meet with customers to review project scope and timeline, creating estimates and quotes as necessary
• Manage service representatives, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and cost requirements

Required qualifications

• 2-year degree or 2 years of equivalent training
• 6-8 years of related industry or construction experience
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience
• Advanced proficiency in CAD drawings, Gantt charts, MS Project, Excel, and Visio
• Knowledge of code requirements for specialty trade systems
