Project Manager II

Job Summary

Managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, the remote Project Manager II will support assigned projects and clients, ensuring timely and within-scope delivery of large complex clinical studies while interfacing with internal and external teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, overseeing project scope, budget, delivery, and reporting
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines and communication strategies
• Monitor project progress, provide status reporting, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of relevant clinical trials experience in a project management role
• 2+ years of project management experience on global projects with cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Experience with data collection and management systems
