Project Manager II

Job Summary

Leading high-impact projects from concept to completion, the full-time Project Manager II - Contractor will manage budgets and cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment, focusing on initiatives valued up to or exceeding $2.5 million.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project management, from initial planning through post-implementation assessment
• Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed work plans using strategic planning tools
• Track and report on project progress, analyze results, and forecast trends to ensure objectives are met

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of demonstrated project management experience, ideally overseeing projects of $2.5 million or more
• Proven ability in budgeting, resource allocation, and leading cross-functional project teams
• Strong analytical thinking and accountability in delivering projects on time and within scope
• Experience with strategic planning and project scope development
• Proficiency in organizing meetings and driving project implementations
