Job Summary
Managing key PMO functions in a remote capacity, the full-time Project Manager II will develop executive-ready dashboards and reports, support project governance, and enhance PMO maturity through the implementation of scalable project management processes and tools.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement PMO methodologies, dashboards, and reporting structures to improve project management practices
- Perform data analysis and create custom performance reports to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring adherence to project management best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social services, public health, business administration, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a human services or public health-related field
- Experience managing 3-5 projects using established project management methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing and reporting on large datasets, including developing dashboards and performance metrics
