Job Summary

Managing multiple large studies, the full-time salaried Program Manager II will oversee the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of assigned projects while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of project phases
• Collect and analyze data to support program evaluation and key performance metrics
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare reports, and manage project budgets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Arts; Master's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
• Two years of relevant administrative experience in managing research projects or health-related activities
• Experience with project management software and computerized databases
• Certified project management professional preferred
• Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
