Job Summary
Managing a dedicated portfolio of clients, the full-time Project Manager II will serve as a client advocate and laboratory liaison, overseeing project setup, status updates, and successful completion while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing project setup and ensuring timely communication regarding project status
- Foster collaborative relationships with clients, laboratory operations, and sales teams to support successful project execution
- Document and execute client requests, monitor project accuracy, and review final reports before delivery
Required qualifications
- Associates' degree or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager I
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager I preferred
