Project Manager II

Job Summary

Leading industrial automation projects for data center environments, the full-time remote Project Manager II will manage the full project lifecycle, drive execution, and coordinate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own full project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of multiple automation projects
• Build and maintain integrated project schedules while tracking labor hours, material costs, and managing scope changes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, leading project meetings and managing stakeholder expectations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in industrial automation, controls systems, or systems integration
• Experience managing projects involving PLC programming, SCADA/HMI platforms, and panel fabrication
• Proven success delivering projects under tight deadlines and changing requirements
• Strong communication skills with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
