Project Manager II

Job Summary

Managing multiple higher-revenue construction projects exceeding $5 million, the full-time Project Manager II will oversee all project phases, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety procedures while maintaining customer relationships and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project schedules, monitor on-time delivery, revenue, KPIs, and margin quality
• Meet with customers to review project scope, create estimates, and maintain communication with stakeholders
• Manage service representatives, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Required qualifications

• 2-year degree or 2 years of equivalent training
• 6-8 years of related industry/construction experience
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience
• PMP certification acquired or in process preferred
• Advanced proficiency in CAD drawings, Gantt charts, MS Project, Excel, and Visio
