Project Manager II

Job Summary

To support impactful infrastructure projects for federal clients, the remote Project Manager II will oversee project deliverables for small- to mid-sized projects, manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project life cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and lead federal design teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and federal requirements
• Define project scope, develop schedules and budgets, and manage financial performance to ensure project success
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining compliance with federal standards

Required qualifications

• A minimum of six years of project experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry
• Proven success managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering federal projects for agencies such as DoD and VA
• Strong understanding of federal design standards, acquisition processes, and project financials
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and manage multiple priorities effectively
