Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience in the homebuilding industry, archviz, or virtual graphics
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is a plus
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday, Trello)
• Ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects effectively
• Experience in mentoring team members and improving workflow processes
