Job Summary
Managing multiple projects with a focus on Tribal engagement, the full-time salaried Project Manager II - Tribal Engagement will coordinate activities with Tribal and federal partners, oversee project timelines and deliverables, and ensure effective communication and documentation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings, webinars, and training events to support project implementation and monitor progress
- Manage project documentation and ensure timely completion of project activities in alignment with client and quality standards
- Develop and track project budgets, commitments, and performance metrics while maintaining communication with project stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social services, public health, business administration, or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in human services or public health
- Experience coordinating engagement activities with Tribal Nations and organizations
- Intermediate understanding of project management best practices and methodologies
