Project Manager II - Tribal Engagement

Job Summary

Managing multiple projects with a focus on Tribal engagement, the full-time salaried Project Manager II - Tribal Engagement will coordinate activities with Tribal and federal partners, oversee project timelines and deliverables, and ensure effective communication and documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate meetings, webinars, and training events to support project implementation and monitor progress
• Manage project documentation and ensure timely completion of project activities in alignment with client and quality standards
• Develop and track project budgets, commitments, and performance metrics while maintaining communication with project stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in social services, public health, business administration, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in human services or public health
• Experience coordinating engagement activities with Tribal Nations and organizations
• Intermediate understanding of project management best practices and methodologies
