Job Summary
To support Tribal Child Welfare Programs, the full-time salaried Project Manager II - Tribal Engagement will oversee multiple projects, coordinating with Tribal and federal partners, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring effective communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle, with the option for remote or hybrid work for candidates within a 50-mile radius of specific office locations.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings and collaborative activities with Tribal and federal partners to support project implementation and monitor progress
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring compliance with client and organizational standards
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including meeting records and reports, to facilitate effective communication and tracking of project activities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social services, public health, business administration, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in human services or public health
- Experience coordinating engagement activities with Tribal Nations and organizations
- Intermediate understanding of project management best practices and methodologies
