Project Manager II - Tribal Engagement

Job Summary

To support the implementation of Tribal Child Welfare Programs, the full-time salaried Project Manager II - Tribal Engagement will oversee multiple projects, coordinate activities with Tribal and federal partners, and ensure project deliverables are met while working remotely with potential hybrid options for local candidates.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate meetings and collaborative activities with Tribal and federal partners to support project implementation and monitor progress
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation to ensure timely completion of project activities
• Develop and manage project budgets, including tracking expenditures and preparing financial forecasts

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in social services, public health, business administration, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in human services or public health
• Experience coordinating engagement activities with Tribal Nations and organizations
• Intermediate understanding of project management best practices and methodologies
