Job Summary
Managing multiple projects with a focus on Tribal engagement, the full-time remote Project Manager II - Tribal Engagement will coordinate activities with Tribal and federal partners, oversee project timelines and deliverables, and ensure effective communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings and collaborative activities with Tribal and federal partners to support project implementation and monitor progress
- Organize project documentation and manage day-to-day functions of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to client and organizational standards
- Prepare project materials, including meeting agendas and reports, while tracking project budgets and expenditures
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social services, public health, business administration, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in human services or public health
- Experience coordinating engagement activities with Tribal Nations and organizations
- Intermediate understanding of project management best practices and methodologies
