Job Summary
To support Tribal Child Welfare Programs, the full-time salaried Project Manager II - Tribal Engagement will oversee multiple projects, coordinating activities with Tribal and federal partners, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring effective communication and documentation in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings and collaborative activities with Tribal and federal partners to monitor project progress and achieve deliverables
- Manage project documentation, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project goals
- Support communication among project staff, Tribal partners, and stakeholders, facilitating effective information sharing and implementation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social services, public health, business administration, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in human services or public health
- Experience coordinating engagement activities with Tribal Nations and organizations
- Intermediate understanding of project management best practices and methodologies
