Project Manager II - Tribal Engagement

Job Summary

To support Tribal Child Welfare Programs, the full-time salaried Project Manager II - Tribal Engagement will oversee multiple projects, coordinating activities with Tribal and federal partners, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring effective communication and documentation in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and collaborative activities with Tribal and federal partners to monitor project progress and achieve deliverables
• Manage project documentation, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project goals
• Support communication among project staff, Tribal partners, and stakeholders, facilitating effective information sharing and implementation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services, public health, business administration, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in human services or public health
• Experience coordinating engagement activities with Tribal Nations and organizations
• Intermediate understanding of project management best practices and methodologies
