Project Manager III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager III to lead and manage agile project teams in the Workers' Compensation Insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project management processes, including defining project scope, scheduling, and managing risks and issues
• Act as a Scrum Master to facilitate agile practices and remove blockers for effective product releases
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes to support project delivery

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in IT software delivery
• Advanced leadership and planning skills for medium to large project teams
• Recognized expertise in agile practices and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methods
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or equivalent experience; Master's degree is a plus
• Certifications in Project Management, Agile practices, and Scrum Master are required; additional certifications are a plus
