A company is looking for a Human Resources Project Manager III.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project life cycle, including requirements gathering, project planning, resource management, and execution
• Utilize project management tools to effectively oversee projects and maintain detailed documentation
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and provide leadership by communicating project status to stakeholders

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 4+ years of project management or program management experience
• Proficient with MS Office applications and project management tools
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and HR-related projects preferred
• PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification preferred
