Project Manager III

Job Summary

Leading large-scale, complex projects within the Benefits Division, the full-time salaried Project Manager III will manage initiatives with budgets ranging from $1M to $5M, collaborating with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple large projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
• Develop business cases, project charters, and strategic plans in partnership with stakeholders
• Facilitate project governance activities and communicate project progress to executive leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Finance, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 8-10 years of experience leading large-scale business and technology projects
• Proven success managing projects with significant budgets and multiple stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master are preferred
