Project Manager, Imaging and Cardiac

Job Summary

To support clinical trials, the full-time Project Manager, Imaging and Cardiac will manage customer communications, develop project timelines, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, working either remotely or onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact and study lead with customers from project startup through close-out
• Develop and implement project plans and timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet deliverables
• Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines

Required qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent education/work experience
• At least three years of experience in a customer-focused role, with one year in project management within the clinical trial industry preferred
• Imaging or Cardiac experience is a plus but not required
• Advanced English fluency required for business communication
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for customer meetings
