Job Summary

Leading large-scale operational modernization initiatives, the full-time Project Manager - Implementation will coordinate implementation activities, partner with leadership and IT teams, and drive the adoption of ERP systems while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate implementation activities for operational modernization initiatives
  • Partner with leadership and business units to support rollout planning and issue resolution
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and develop operational procedures and implementation tools
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in large-scale implementation or modernization initiatives
  • Strong project and program management experience with organizational change leadership
  • Experience with enterprise ERP, payroll, or workforce management system implementations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Public Administration, or a related field
  • Project or change management certifications (PMP, Prosci, SAFe, or similar) are a plus
