Project Manager, Implementation

Job Summary

Supporting multiple client implementations, the remote Project Manager, Implementation will manage stakeholder communication, ensure timely execution of projects, and assist in post-go-live stabilization activities while collaborating with internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Support Implementation Managers and Directors by tracking timelines, deliverables, and milestones for concurrent client projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, ensuring effective communication throughout the process
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including implementation plans and client-specific workflows

Required qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, or a related industry
• 1+ years in client-facing implementation, project coordination, or business operations roles
• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including timeline management and stakeholder communication
• Familiarity with healthcare claims/remittance data (837/835) and revenue cycle workflows
