Job Summary
Managing multiple high-stakes deployments, the full-time remote Project Manager, Implementations will lead banks through their digital transformation journey, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project launches on time.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent bank implementations, tracking dependencies and risks to drive projects to on-time completion
- Lead client calls and build trusted relationships with stakeholders, handling difficult conversations and managing expectations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and post-launch transitions, while documenting solutions and identifying process improvements
Required qualifications
- Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong communication abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in financial services, banking, or fintech is preferred
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and located within the continental United States
- Self-starter who takes ownership without waiting for direction
