Job Summary

Managing multiple high-stakes deployments, the full-time remote Project Manager, Implementations will lead banks through their digital transformation journey, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project launches on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent bank implementations, tracking dependencies and risks to drive projects to on-time completion
• Lead client calls and build trusted relationships with stakeholders, handling difficult conversations and managing expectations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and post-launch transitions, while documenting solutions and identifying process improvements

Required qualifications

• Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Strong communication abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in financial services, banking, or fintech is preferred
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and located within the continental United States
• Self-starter who takes ownership without waiting for direction
