Project Manager, Implementations

Job Summary

Managing multiple high-stakes bank implementations, the full-time Project Manager, Implementations will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful project launches in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee concurrent bank implementations, tracking dependencies and risks to ensure on-time completion
• Lead client communications, building relationships with stakeholders and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with Implementation Architects, Software Engineers, and Customer Success teams to facilitate smooth project execution and transitions

Required qualifications

• Background in software implementations or professional services
• Technical aptitude with an understanding of platform capabilities and limitations
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Exceptional organizational skills and experience with task management
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and located within the continental United States
