Project Manager - Indiana Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to support preparedness for a potential work stoppage in Indiana.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to document critical work functions and identify coverage gaps
• Coordinate work assignments and monitor execution to ensure operational tasks are covered without service disruption
• Track risks and issues, provide status reporting, and collaborate with the Enterprise-level Work Continuity team on key initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management and leadership across IT and business functions
• Experience managing large complex projects with internal/external and labor/non-labor cost components
• Project management certification (PMP) required; Agile certification is a plus
• Strong Business Process Analysis and Mapping skills
• Familiarity with the Energy Industry is a plus
