Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager, Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support training and enablement activities, ensuring training materials are accurate and aligned with future-state processes
• Engage with end users for readiness, including role mapping, testing, and on-site support during go-live
• Manage PTP deliverables, track progress, identify risks, and facilitate cross-functional communication

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with SAP and understanding of end-user workflows
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead without formal authority
• Proactive approach to identifying gaps and driving tasks to closure
• Experience in training material validation and end-user engagement
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and adapt quickly
