Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager- Infrastructure M&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand M&A integration objectives and ensure IT alignment
• Engage with acquired company resources to articulate integration vision and maintain relationships
• Manage IT integration efforts, ensuring alignment of IT infrastructure, processes, and technology

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT work experience, including mergers and acquisitions experience
• Experience leading IT integration efforts for acquired companies
• 7+ years of Waterfall experience with budgetary responsibilities for large programs/projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or Engineering; or equivalent work experience
• Related certification preferred
