Project Manager - Interiors

Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating various projects, the full-time Project Manager - Interiors will manage small tenant improvements, capital improvements, and building repairs in a fully remote environment while supporting senior project managers and directors.

Key responsibilities

• Review requisitions, change orders, and payment applications associated with projects
• Support site staff in identifying project requirements, estimating costs, and preparing schedules
• Assist in the selection and contracting process of consultants and construction contractors

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in architecture, construction, or project management preferred
