Job Summary

Managing tenant improvement and interior renovation projects for retail bank branches, the full-time Project Manager - Interiors will serve as a primary liaison among clients, branch leadership, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and project execution remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring progress to align with client objectives
  • Coordinate preparation and review of project documentation, facilitating reviews throughout all phases of the project
  • Assist in the selection and oversight of vendors and contractors, managing requisitions and change orders effectively
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in construction or engineering
  • Experience with tenant improvement and interior construction projects preferred
  • Proven track record of managing projects with direct accountability
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills with adherence to compliance standards
