Job Summary
Managing tenant improvement and interior renovation projects for retail bank branches, the full-time Project Manager - Interiors will serve as a primary liaison among clients, branch leadership, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and project execution remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring progress to align with client objectives
- Coordinate preparation and review of project documentation, facilitating reviews throughout all phases of the project
- Assist in the selection and oversight of vendors and contractors, managing requisitions and change orders effectively
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in construction or engineering
- Experience with tenant improvement and interior construction projects preferred
- Proven track record of managing projects with direct accountability
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills with adherence to compliance standards
