Project Manager, IT Transformation

Job Summary

To support the strategic technology transformation program, the full-time Project Manager, IT Transformation will manage and monitor compliance with Project Orion's consolidated workplan, ensuring alignment between workstreams and facilitating project activities in a hybrid work environment based in Arlington, VA.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor compliance with Project Orion's consolidated workplan, tracking milestones, risks, and delivery gates
• Coordinate activities between project leadership and workstreams, facilitating logistics for meetings and planning sessions
• Provide weekly and monthly status reports, tracking resource utilization and budget compliance

Required qualifications

• Significant PMO experience in managing projects, preferably in the IT sector
• Demonstrated experience with defined project management approaches (PMBOK, Prince 2, etc.)
• Experience managing formal project governance processes, including scheduling and reporting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical risks into business impact
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities across different operating companies
