Job Summary
To support ITDG Operations within the Department of Veterans Affairs, the full-time remote Project Manager - ITDG Operations will manage project coordination, develop and maintain project plans, and facilitate stakeholder communication across multiple operational and technical workstreams.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and support project management activities across the ITDG Operations portfolio
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reporting for concurrent workstreams
- Prepare executive-level reports and facilitate meetings to ensure stakeholder coordination and accountability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or project management
- 4+ years of experience in project or program management within a complex organization
- Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated ability to develop project plans and executive reporting materials
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools and experience with project management platforms like ServiceNow or Power BI
