Project Manager Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager Lead to oversee a team responsible for Electrical Preventative Maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Associate Project Managers to ensure effective execution of project workflows
• Monitor team performance and manage workload distribution while addressing any risks or escalations
• Drive process improvements and standardization in project management activities

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
• PMP Certification strongly preferred but not required
• 3+ years of experience in project management or service operations; leadership experience preferred
• Experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, or technical service environments preferred
• Ability to analyze performance trends and drive team-wide improvements
