Project Manager Lead

Job Summary

Leading IT project initiatives, the contract-based Project Manager Lead will plan, execute, and finalize projects while balancing business value, cost, schedule, and quality in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Directs and manages IT project development and delivery from beginning to end
• Facilitates project scope definition in collaboration with project sponsors and develops IT project plans
• Coaches and motivates project team members, ensuring effective communication and accountability

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in leading or facilitating projects in application development, infrastructure, or similar areas
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Technical discipline with at least 4 years of relevant experience in leadership or project facilitation
