Project Manager Lead - MS Dynamics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager Lead to oversee large-scale Microsoft Dynamics CRM programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to delivery best practices, quality standards, and compliance with organizational requirements
• Establish and maintain project governance, including regular reporting on project progress and risks
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful resolution of issues impacting timelines or quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT delivery management and CRM implementations, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics
• Understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform, and implementation methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
• Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations for complex IT projects
• Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural environments and contribute to presales activities
