Project Manager - Learning Services

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager - Learning Services, the full-time remote role will manage customer projects, ensuring the successful delivery of learning programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining client relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead project kickoff calls, analyze project needs, and develop plans and timelines
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of projects while managing client expectations and communications
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and track results of customer initiatives using project management tools

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience in a customer-facing and/or production role
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with Smartsheets or similar project management tools
• Experience in compliance, ethics, governance, or EdTech is a plus
