Key Responsibilities

• Manage communications and inquiries related to library projects
• Coordinate library design input and maintain records for project management
• Prepare and distribute quotes while maintaining an updated database of library-related documents

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in life sciences or a related field, with over 2 years in a customer-facing role
• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related Life Science; advanced degree or laboratory experience is a plus
• Proven ability to manage projects and work effectively with customers and internal teams
• Understanding of service offerings and customer workflows
• High energy, positive attitude, and a hands-on approach to work
