Job Summary
Managing all aspects of project management for gene mutant library initiatives, the full-time Library Project Manager will coordinate communications, oversee project implementation, and maintain detailed records while working remotely or from the South San Francisco office.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate customer inquiries and coordinate library design input to meet customer needs
- Prepare and distribute quotes for library services, maintaining an up-to-date database of quotations and orders
- Manage communication between customers and internal teams, providing updates on project progress and order fulfillment
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in life sciences or a related field, with over 2 years in a customer-facing role
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related Life Science; advanced degree or hands-on laboratory experience is a plus
- Proven ability to manage projects that meet customer expectations effectively
- Understanding of service offerings and customer workflows related to library fabrication
- Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude
