Project Manager, Lighting Controls

Job Summary

To support a leading lighting solutions company, the full-time Project Manager, Lighting Controls will manage customer projects from sales handover to final acceptance, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery either onsite in Eden Prairie, MN, or remotely within the US.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the administration, planning, and implementation of Intelligent Lighting Controls system projects, acting as the primary liaison with customers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project deliverables and schedules, making recommendations as necessary
• Develop customer acceptance plans and ensure timely completion of commissioning and training with the Field Services team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and project management experience or 3+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience with Lighting Control Systems, including BMS and IT integration knowledge, is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask complex assignments
