Project Manager - M&A Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager (Enterprise Transformation).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate legal, investor relations, and insurance workstreams across the M&A lifecycle
• Manage contract reviews, regulatory compliance, and integration of legal entities post-close
• Develop and manage integrated project plans while providing executive-level reporting on deal readiness

Required Qualifications

• 7-12+ years in program/project management, legal operations, investor relations, or risk/insurance
• Direct experience supporting M&A transactions, ideally in corporate or PE-backed environments
• Familiarity with public company requirements if the role is IR-heavy
• Background in financial services, insurance, real estate, corporate services, or private equity
• Experience with project management and financial/IR tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, and Power BI
