Project Manager M&A Infrastructure

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Project Manager M&A Infrastructure will lead technology integration and separation projects for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, focusing on network, infrastructure, and telecommunications within a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology project planning and execution for healthcare facility acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures
• Develop and maintain comprehensive integrated project plans, including work breakdown structures and cost plans
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and track project financials, ensuring clear communication and problem-solving

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare infrastructure or IT environments
• Deep knowledge of PMP methodology and experience with ServiceNow or similar PPM tools
• Experience managing network infrastructure and telecommunications projects through all phases
• Familiarity with clinical care systems in acute and post-acute care settings is preferred
