Project Manager - Major Component Upgrade

Job Summary

Leading Major Component Upgrade and Blade projects across North America, the full-time remote Project Manager - Major Component Upgrade will ensure safe, compliant, and profitable execution while serving as the primary liaison among customers, field teams, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of assigned projects, developing detailed execution plans and monitoring progress
• Champion safety, quality, and compliance, ensuring adherence to standards and maintaining audit-ready documentation
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial controls while developing strong customer relationships and facilitating timely issue resolution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or related discipline; equivalent field experience considered
• Minimum 2 years of experience in wind energy, industrial construction, or related industries
• Experience managing Major Component Upgrades or similar large-scale field operations
• Working knowledge of crane operations, lift planning, and site logistics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Smartsheet, and project management tools
