Project Manager - Marina Construction

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager specializing in marina construction and IT implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules for marina construction and IT system integration
• Oversee the implementation of marina management systems and IT infrastructure integration
• Serve as the primary liaison among stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Marine Engineering, or Information Technology; Master's preferred
• 7-10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in marina or waterfront construction
• Experience in IT system implementation related to infrastructure or facility management
• Strong understanding of marine infrastructure and coastal permitting processes
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
