Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager Material Review, Marketing Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate management and approval of advertising and promotional materials through the U.S. Commercial MRP
• Oversee cross-functional team collaboration and maintain communication regarding material status
• Provide tactical support and project timeline oversight for materials through the MRP process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Science, Education, Communication, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management
• Understanding of Veeva or review systems and the MLR process
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and marketing or advertising agency experience
• Proficient in project management tools and software, including Adobe Acrobat and MS Office Suite
