Job Summary
To support a qualitative market research firm specializing in healthcare, the temp-to-perm Project Manager - Marketing Research will manage all phases of market research projects remotely, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met while coordinating logistics and communication between teams and clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of market research projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are met
- Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual interviews, including scheduling and distribution of necessary materials
- Communicate with partner agencies to confirm respondent quality and fit, and send weekly status reports to stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience managing market research or related client projects
- Strong understanding of market research processes, especially qualitative methodologies
- Experience working with recruitment vendors and screening criteria
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
