Project Manager, Maternal Care

Job Summary

To lead new product development for consumer maternal care products, the remote Project Manager, Maternal Care will manage complex cross-functional programs, collaborating with design, engineering, marketing, and supply chain to drive initiatives from concept through retail and DTC launch.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional consumer product programs, overseeing new product development and launch initiatives
• Collaborate with teams to define product requirements, establish priorities, and manage timelines and budgets
• Facilitate decision-making and resolve issues by identifying risks and removing obstacles throughout the development process

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience, with 3+ years in project or program management in consumer products or electronics
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of consumer hardware or CPG products from concept to launch
• Familiarity with maternal health, baby, or wellness product categories is a plus
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred
